1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

This website is operated by Millclock “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern:

any purchase of products made through our store.

We specialise in Nixie tube clocks and related products. Many items are handmade or produced in small batches, which means:

slight variations in colour, finish or appearance are normal and not considered defects;
product photos are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled according to our Return Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before ordering.
