Processing & Dispatch

We ship orders within one (1) business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm EET (Kyiv time) are shipped the next business day.
Any exceptions will be noted in the “Availability” section on the product page.
You will receive an email if there is a delay and another email with tracking once your order ships.

International Shipping (Outside of Ukraine)

After we receive your order, we’ll email you the available shipping options and costs. You can choose your preferred method or cancel the order before shipment.
If we don’t hear back after two emails, we’ll select the most suitable carrier based on the order’s size and value.
Your order will not be shipped until a method is confirmed. (Payment capture occurs at or before dispatch, depending on the payment method.)

These are typical transit times after dispatch; processing is separate.

European Union up to 5 business days
United States up to 7 business days
Rest of World up to 10 business days

Notes: Remote areas, weather, customs, or peak seasons may extend delivery times. Local taxes/duties/VAT (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Warranty

Tubes and other products are warranted for a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase. Any exceptions to the 5-year warranty will be shown on the product page under the “Warranty” tab.

Returns

All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made a shipping error with your original order. Refusing a shipment does not negate this policy; any return costs may be deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions

If you receive a tube or product that does not perform to manufacturer specifications, please:

If the item is confirmed defective, we will provide an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
Replacements ship at no cost to you.

Returns not related to warranty/defect are considered at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns without authorization, beyond the warranty period, or returned improperly.
