The Millclock IN-14 Nixie clock in a silver anodised aluminium case is a compact tribute to 1960s electronics — rebuilt for modern interiors.

Inside the minimalist aluminium block, six original IN-14 Nixie tubes display time with a warm orange glow. Each digit sits behind a precise hexagonal mesh, turning the clock into a functional piece of engineering art for your desk, shelf or studio.

Quick Start & Operation

1. Unboxing & Placement

Place the clock on a stable, dry surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Leave free space above the tubes for ventilation.

2. Power Connection

Connect the included 12 V DC power adapter to the rear jack and then to the wall outlet. The tubes will light up, and the clock will boot into its default mode.

3. Setting Time & Date

Use the rear buttons to enter the setup menu (short/long presses depending on firmware). Set hours, minutes, seconds, day, month and year, confirming each step.

4. 12/24 Hour & Date Format

Inside the menu you can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display and choose the preferred date format (e.g. DD.MM or MM.DD).

5. Alarm & Night Mode

Set the alarm time and enable/disable the alarm via the buttons. Night mode can dim the tubes or switch them off completely during defined hours.

6. Animations & Anti-Poisoning

The firmware periodically runs a “slot machine” anti-poisoning cycle, cycling all digits to keep cathodes healthy. Depending on the firmware, you can adjust or disable animations in the menu.

7. Care

Clean the case only with a soft dry cloth. Do not use liquids, solvents or abrasive cleaners on the anodised aluminium or glass tubes.
